摘要
介绍了强化筛用于潮湿细粒级粘性物料筛分的数学模型,分析了不同形状、不同尺寸的颗粒在筛分过程中的透筛概率因素,较全面的反映了物料形状、尺寸,筛孔形状、尺寸和颗粒运动速度等因素对实际透筛概率的影响。指出了物料在筛分过程中颗粒能否透筛是众多因素共同作用的结果,潮湿细粒级粘性物料在筛分过程中要获得好的筛分效果就必须采用大振幅。
This paper introduces the mathematic model of strong vibration screen used for sieving fine wet sticky material,analyzes the sieved probability factors of granules with different shape and size during sieving, overall shows the influence of the shape and size of material, shape and size of meshes and motion speed of granules on actuale sieved probability. The author points out whether granules are sieved or not is the result of many factors acting together. And good sieving effect of fine wet sticky material is get by taking the process parameters such as large amplitude,large vibration strength and low-frequency
