摘要
论述了我军军事物流体系由建制分勤、总部联勤和战区联勤这三类保障链构成。指出努力实现保障力量三军一体、保障资源军民一体、保障体制平战结合是军事物流体系的发展目标。在推进军事物流一体化的过程中,应当选择渐进式、累积式和螺旋式的发展方式,统筹与作战指挥体制、军事斗争准备和其它相关改革等方面的关系,并且需要经历三个阶段:混合型军事物流体系、统分结合型军事物流体系和一体化军事物流体系。
The military logistics system consists of three kinds of support chain, namely the integration of support forces, the integration of military and civil resources, the consistence of support system at war or at peace. The paper points out the key points that should be considered and the three phases that should be experienced in the course of the integration.
