Appropriate Extension and Re-evaluation on Yang-Ng's Model of Indirect Pricing Theory

在杨小凯和黄有光的间接定价理论模型基础上引入中间产品的交易风险,在已有的四种组织结构上增加"有合同的市场组织结构",扩大间接定价理论模型的解释范围。本文认为该模型不仅仅包括企业理论,在本质上是探讨出现最终产品与中间产品分工时产权实现的组织结构与形式问题,同时在整体上又反映了人类经济组织结构从自给自足向商业化与企业化演进的历史主线,并揭示了这一演进过程的内在逻辑,可以成为经济组织分析的基本模型之一。

This article introduces the transaction risk of intermediate products into the Indirect Pricing Theory Model developed by Yang and Ng, and adds the market structure to the four existed structures so that enlarges the dimension of the model＇s explanation. The model is not only includes the firm theory, but also discussions essentially the question of organizational structure of properties＇ realization as emerging the division of labour between final and intermediate products. The model react the historical main load of evolution of economic organization in general and shows the internal logic of the evolution, and could be the basic model for analysis of economic organizations.
