摘要
企业间的技术互补程度β决定了其合作创新的形式。本文基于一个两阶段双寡头博弈模型,探讨了几种合作创新形式的利润如何受β的影响,阐明了"合作决策技术共享"形式始终要优于"自主决策技术共享"形式,给出了采取"合作决策技术共享"与"合作决策成本共享"形式的β取值区间。
The techno-complementarity value of β among firms determine the form of cooperative innovation. Based on a two-stage duopoly model, this article discuss how the profit of different cooperative innovation form affected by the value of β, and illustrate the form of cooperative-decision is better than independence, analyse range of β's value when adopt the form of "cooperative-decision techno-sharing" or "cooperative-decision cost-sharing".
