时栅位移传感器中利用光电技术产生电行波信号的新方法 被引量:7

New Way of Producing Electrical Traveling Wave Signal Based on Photoelectricity Technology in Design of Time-Grating Displacement Sensor

摘要 原有的基于变耦合系数变压器原理的时栅位移传感器方案,采用通过旋转改变齿面间的距离以改变电磁耦合系数的方法得到电行波.但试验结果显示,所得电行波信号相对较弱,载波较大,难以滤除,且很容易受到周围电磁环境干扰.为了克服上述问题,基于相同的原理,又提出了一种利用光电技术产生电行波信号的新方法,使时栅位移传感器的研究工作跳出了长期依赖电磁转换原理设计传感器的思路,并在实验中取得了良好的结果,所得行波的质量明显改善. In the former design of time-grating displacement sensor based on the principle of the changeable coupling coefficient transformer, applying the method that changing the space between the the ferreous tooth to change the coupling coefficient to obtain the electrical traveling wave. But the result shows the traveling wave signal is weak relatively and the carrier wave is huge ,which is difficult to be filtrated and it is easy to be disturbed by surrounding electromagnetic environment. In order to solve those problems a new way to produce electrical traveling wave based on photoelectricity technology is brought forward . This way leads the reseach work on time-grating displacement sensor to gel out from the long-term thoughtway that the design of time-grating displacement sensor only depends on electromagnetic technology. And a perfect outcome is got in experiment through this way, the quality of the electrical traveling wave is improved obviously.
