摘要
介绍了声表面波(SAW)陀螺效应和声光衍射效应之后,提出了SAW声光陀螺的概念和SAW陀螺效应的声光技术检测方案;论述了SAW陀螺效应检测原理,推导了基本测量公式.SAW陀螺效应声光检测技术的关键是寻找或生产出既有突出SAW陀螺效应,又有良好声光品质的压电-声光晶体.在介绍了铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体的主要声光性质后,说明了在LiNbO3上实现SAW陀螺效应声光检测的可行性.最后,指出了今后的主要研究方向.本方案的基本思想是通过声光相互作用,让光把寄载着陀螺效应的SAW信息从SAW介质(同时也是声光介质)中携带出来,通过声光测量技术达到推测声光介质旋转角速度大小的目的.
A new acoustooptical measuring method to the surface acoustic wave (SAW) gyroscopic effect on surface of LiNbO3 crystal is put forward after introducing SAW gyroscopic effect and acoustooptical effect briefly. The elementary principle for measuring SAW gyroscopic effect and the reason of choosing LiNbO3 are discussed. At last, the researching works about the method next steps are prompted. The core of this method is to get out acoustic information from acoustic solid medium firstly and then measure it through the agency of acoustooptical effect.
