摘要 针对应用虚拟仪器技术测量旋转动力机械扭矩的原理与算法进行了研究,提出一种频率跟踪基于相位差测量扭矩新方法.通过相关法相位差测量算法获得扭转角大小,实现了扭矩的测量,利用相关和正弦函数的一些性质,使部分噪声分量被有效地与有用信号相分离,从而提高了抗随机干扰能力和测量的准确度.运用广义预测方法,使采样频率跟踪被测信号频率的变化,实现整周期采样,保证测量精度.这种测量方法以灵活的软件功能代替固化硬件,提高了系统的可靠性和测量精度. The principle and algorithm of measuring torque with Virtual instrument technology for rotating machines is studied. A new method based on correlation theory and frequency tracing algorithm is presented. With no-contact torque measurement technique,the torque detection is implemented through measuring the phase difference by correlation analysis algorithm. Cross-correlation functions of the two measured signals are directly computed and some properties about correlation and sine function are adopted to separate the part noise and the useful signal. And so the capability to resist random disturbance and the measurement accuracy are improved. With the application of auto-regressive integrated moving average algorithm, sampling frequency can trace the frequency variation of measured signal, which can realize complete alternation sampling. With the application of special software module to replace hardware unit, this measurement method is more reliable and accurate.
