摘要
比较了用乙酸和乙酸酐分别与过氧化氢反应制备所得的过氧乙酸的浓度。采用乙酸酐(97%)/过氧化氢反应,当过氧化氢浓度为75.5%时,在40℃下反应4小时,室温放置15小时,制得过氧乙酸浓度为46.6%。在相同条件下,如果用乙酸和75.5%的过氧化氢反应,得到的过氧乙酸浓度仅为35.4%。
The yields of peracetic acid is studied from two different preparation methods using hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid or acetic anhydride. Under the reaction conditions of 40℃ for 4 hours followed by 15 hours at room temperature, we obtain 46.6% (w/w) of peracetic acid when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 75.5% (w/w) and acetic anhydride (97%). In contrast, when acetic' acid is used, the yield of peracetic acid is only 35.4% under the same reaction conditions.
