高师体育专业健康教育课程教学研究

On The Teaching Study of Health Education Curriculum of Physical Education Majors

通过问卷调查、文献研究等方法,对体育教育专业健康教育课程教学进行了研究,结果表明:体育教育专业大学生对健康概念的理解不全面;吸烟、饮酒等健康危险行为发生较为普遍、严重。通过对教学内容和教学模式的实践研究,取得了良好的教学效果,并提出了相应的教学建议。

Through using the method of questionnaire investigation, this paper makes a research of the health education curriculum and its teaching of the P.E majors. The result shows that students had many misconceptions on health so that behaviors harmful to health such as smoking, and drinking are frequently seen and getting worse. The practical study on teaching content and mode for health education result in good effects that form corresponding suggestions for future teaching.
