摘要
化成箔生产过程中产生大量的强酸性废水,废水中含铝高达13g/L,三价铬1.8mg/L,直接排放或简单中和后排放均污染生态环境,浪费了可利用资源。文章研究综合利用化成箔废水的方法,用分步沉淀法从化成箔废水中回收钙和铝,萃取及反萃取法从废水中回收铬。处理后的排放水符合国家允许排放标准。
Strong acidity wastewater is generated in the production of aluminium foli,with concentration of Al up to 13g/L and Cr 1.8mg/L,which not only contaminate the environment but also waste resource.Treatment process of aluminium foli wastewater was studied by precipitating to recover calcium and aluminium and by extracting and anti-extracting to recover chrome.The effluent can satisfy national discharge criteria.
