摘要
文章对电除尘器进气烟箱内常规均匀气流和斜气流下三维流场进行了数值模拟计算和试验研究,流场的模拟采用双方程模型,计算采用SIMPLE算法。对于常规均匀气流,试验共设计了5种不同渐扩管扩散角度(α)的烟箱模型,分别进行流场模拟计算,并对进气烟箱出口处的气流分布均匀程度进行评价。试验中通过改变不同部位的开孔率来形成有规律的斜气流,并在计算机上模拟计算,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Numerical simulating computation and experimental study on three dimensional flow field which is in gas chamber inlet of electrostatic precipitator was carried out. A k-ε2-equation model was adopted to simulate flow field, with computation based on SIMPLE algorithm. Five kinds of models of gas chamber inlet for uniform distribution were designed to calculate and evaluate even distribution on outlet of gas chamber inlet. Skewed gas flow model was designed by means of changing aperture porosity, and results of modelling calculation were coincide with that of experiment.
