摘要
针对协同产品开发中设计任务静态排序的不合理性,提出了一种基于最小化完工时间的任务优化动态排序方法。通过分析协同产品开发中设计任务的过程状态,建立了任务状态模型,确定了任务剩余处理时间和任务的权。对具有优先约束关系的任务排序和新任务到达时的任务排序进行了重点研究。最后通过应用实例验证该排序方法的有效性。
Aiming at the irrationalities of static task scheduling in collaborative product development and design, a dynamic optimized scheduling method based on the least finish time is proposed. A task state model, the remaining solution time and the weight of task are confirmed by analyzing the state variable multi time in collaborative innovation design process. In order to obtain the rules optimization for designer's task, sequencing of preference constraint relation task and new arriving task are studied. Finally, the feasibility of this theory is validated by a case study.
