摘要
物流服务的集成已经成为供应链之间进行竞争的主要优势来源之一,因此从供应链的角度,研究集成物流服务的采购问题至关重要。为此,针对供应链的物流服务集成商的评估选择问题,描述了集成物流服务的采购流程,提出了E-层次德尔菲法,建立了物流服务集成商的评估指标体系,构建了基于E-层次德尔菲法和多目标规划模型的群体决策方法,最后通过实例说明了利用该方法进行评估选择的具体过程。
Now, integration of logistics service has become one source of main competition edge between supply chains, therefore, it is crucial to study the procurement of integrated logistics service at the angle of supply chain. So, aiming at the evaluation and selection about integration of logistics service, we firstly describe the procurement flow, present the method named E-hierarchical Delphi and establish the evaluation criteria system about integrator of logistics service in the paper. Then, we construct a group decision-making method based on E-hierarchical Delphi and VP. Finally a numerical example shows the process of the model.
