摘要
针对一个上游垄断厂商和多个下游厂商组成的两层市场结构,构建模型分析了产量变化和利润变化两种成本分担机制对R JV s规模的影响,以及不同成本分担机制下,R JV s规模与研发费用、研发绩效的关系。研究结果表明上游厂商期望的最优R JV s规模总是大于下游厂商期望的规模。在产量变化分担机制下,上下游厂商期望的R JV s规模均随着研发费用的增大而减小;在利润变化分担机制下,上游厂商期望的R JV s规模随着研发费用的增大而递减,下游厂商期望的R JV s规模随着研发费用的增大而递增。
For two-tier market structures included of one upstream monopolist and some downstream oligopolists, the impact of two cost-sharing mechanism based on output and profit changes upon RJVs size, the relationship of RJVs size, R&D cost and R&D performance are analysised. Some conclusions are acquired : the optimal RJVs size for upstream is larger than that of downstream. Under cost sharing mechanism based on output change, the optimal RJVs size for both upstream and downstream decrease with R&D cost; under cost sharing mechanism based on profit change, the optimal RJVs size for upstream decrease with R&D cost, but the optimal RJVs size for downstream increase with R&D cost.
