摘要
文章从理论上阐述了绩效考核概念的内涵和外延、目标范围、意义和作用,从绩效考核组织者的主观意识和技术层面对绩效考核结果的影响进行分析,并在此基础上给出了相应的政策建议,对绩效考核的实践具有一定的参考意义。
This paper introduces the connotation and extension of the concept, the target domain, significance and function of performance appraisal. It also analyzes the effect of subjective awareness and skills of performance appraisal organizers on the appraisal results. Some suggestions related to the appraisal policies are given. It can be a reference for practice of performance appraisal.
