简析高校档案管理工作存在的问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of File Management in Higher Learning Institutions

高校档案是学校发展的历史记录,是高等教育工作的重要环节,是国家档案事业的重要组成部分。针对目前高校档案管理工作存在的问题,文章从加大宣传力度、强化档案意识、健全工作机制、建立完善工作责任制、加强业务培训、改善档案管理设施等方面提出了加强和改进档案管理的对策,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

The files in higher learning institutions record the development of institutions. File management is one important aspect in higher education and an important component of the national file industry. To solve the problems in the current file management in higher learning institutions, some countermeasures including strengthening the publicity, enhancing the awareness of file management, perfecting the operation mechanism, establishing the responsibility mechanism of the staff, intensifying training as well as updating file management facilities are presented, hoping to better the file management in higher learning institutions.
