略论邓小平的刑法思想

On Deng Xiaoping's Thought of Criminal Law

邓小平的刑法思想是邓小平法制理论的重要组成部分,是我国新时期法制理论和法制实践的指南。文章主要从邓小平的刑事立法思想、打击犯罪观及适用刑法原则三方面加以论述,有助于我们学习刑法、建设刑法、维护法律尊严,有利于我国刑法体系的不断完善。

Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of criminal law is one of the most important components of Deng Xiaoping＇s law theory, is also the guidelines of the law theory and practice of the new era in China. This paper discusses Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of criminal law from three aspects, namely, the legislation thought of crime, concept of fighting against crime and principles of application of criminal law. The discussion is helpful to the readers in learning criminal law, constructing criminal law, maintaining the dignity of law and helping perfect criminal law system in China.
