State Councilor Chert Zhili visited NSFC's collective proposal submission site on March 27,2007.Later she held a meeting with NSFC leadership,during which she stressed that NSFC should make full use of the chance offered by the implementation of the NSFC Regulations,strive to promote basic research and enhance the capa- bility of independent innovation.
