河南省地处中原,地广人多,经济进入快速发展阶段,为当地寿险业的蓬勃发展提供了条件。2006年,河南省寿险市场经过调整,保持了平稳健康的发展势头。保险主体迅速增加,多元化市场初步形成;扎实开展各项工作,寿险业务增长明显;经营理念开始转变,产品结构调整成效初步显现。但河南省寿险市场仍然存在诸多问题,如公众保障程度偏低,保险潜力仍需挖掘;保险市场引导能力不强,居民的保险意识与投资行为相对滞后;保险产品不丰富,同构现象明显,人们选择产品的余地较小;保险管理缺乏创新,经营粗放等。河南省寿险业应全面增强创新能力,推进业务向前发展;加强经营管理,提高营销管理水平;善待客户,加强服务,创出品牌。
He Nan province is located in the fertile inland of China with a large population. Its brisk economic development has significantly driven the development of local life insurance development. In 2006, the life insurance market here maintained a steady and sound growth momentum after going through a series of adjustment. The number of insurance companies kept increasing, and a multi-polar insurance market has taken shape. While business growth accelerated, the operational concepts were also changing and business mix was significantly optimized. However, there are still some issues that merit our attention, for example, relatively low level of public coverage, untapped potentials, ineffective guidance of the insurance market, laggard insurance awareness and investment knowledge of the local residents, lack of variety of and isomorphic insurance products, lack of innovation in management and extensive operational style, etc. The insurance industry here should enhance its innovativeness, and push forth consistent business development; strengthen operational management and improve distribution management; take good care of their clients, provide quality service and create well- known brand.
