摘要
分析了高校图书馆报刊利用率低的原因,提出了提高报刊利用率的具体措施。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the low utilization ratio of newspapers and periodicals in university library, and advances some concrete measures for increasing the utilization ratio of newspapers and periodicals.
