摘要
从文化角度探讨了图书馆的管理,在论述图书馆文化及其管理含义的基础上提出了图书馆文化管理的对策。
This paper probes into the library management from the angle of the culture, and based on expounding the connotation of the library culture and management, advances some countermeasures for the library culture management.
