摘要
对图书馆人力资源管理的人性化趋势进行了探讨,提出在人力资源管理中做到人性化管理,是提高服务效益、保质保量为读者服务的关键。
Library belongs to knowledge-indensed service industry, which provides high-qualitied information service to its client through combination of perfect measure of service and service behiavor of its staff. Humanization in the human resource management of library, which is eplored in this paper, becomes more and more important to improve the service quality of a library.
