The Evaluation of Technical Innovation Ability of Large and Medium-sized Enterprises in Gansu Province —— Data Analysis Based on the First Economic Census

利用第一次经济普查资料,从投入和产出方面对甘肃省大中型工业企业的技术创新能力进行实证分析,提出了提高企业技术创新能力的若干对策。

By using the information from first economic census, this paper makes the empirical analysis on the technical innovation ability of the large and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province from the input and output, and advances some countermeasures for strengthening the technical innovation ability of medium and large-sized enterprises.
