摘要
论述了退火加热温度对M42高速钢盘条组织和力学性能的影响,指出退火加热温度为880℃时盘条组织中的碳化物细小、分布均匀且此温度下盘条的断面收缩率最好,利于盘条的拉拔。
This paper discusses the effects of heating-up temperature on the structure and performance of M42 high- speed steel rod, and points out that the carbide in the structure of the rod is small and distributes evenly and the contraction rate of the section is the best at 880℃,which is beneficial to the drawing of the rod.
