摘要
纵观管理模式的发展历程,每一种新的管理模式都有相应的人性假设作为基础。"创新人"假设综合了不同时期人性假设的合理部分,是人性假设在管理创新时代的新发展。文章回顾了人性假设的发展,分析了"创新人"假设的内涵,并初步探讨了基于"创新人"假设的管理模式。
With a general observation of the developing course of management mode, each new management mode is based on its relevant humanity hypothesis, "Innovation man" hypothesis synthesizes the reasonable part of the humanity hypothesis in different periods and is the new development of humanity hypothesis in the management innovation age. This paper looks back the development of humanity hypothesis, analyzes the connotation of "innovation man" hypothesis and initially explores the management mode based on this hypothesis.
