摘要
《关于进一步加强人民法院、人民检察院工作的决定》第一次提出了要实施宽严相济的刑事司法政策,这在构建社会主义和谐社会中具有重大现实意义。检察机关作为国家的法律监督机关,积极主动的贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策是促进实现社会和谐与公正的重要保障,也是检察工作落实科学发展观的根本要求。正确理解和执行"宽严相济"刑事政策,有利于发挥检察机关作用和创造良好的法治环境。
Carrying out of the criminal judicial policy of leniency and severity being coordinated is of great importance to building of harmonious society. As the legal supervising organ, procuratorial should carry on the policy actively to promote to achieve social harmoniousness and justice. It is also a demand of carrying out scientific development view for the work of procuratorial.
