知识经济时代的来临凸现了知识型员工的重要性。由于种种原因,中小民营企业对知识型员工没有足够的吸引力,过高的知识型员工流失率制约了中小型民营企业竞争力的提升。如何降低知识型员工的流失率已成为中小民营企业发展壮大的当务之急。
Time of knowledge economy has shown importance of knowledge-style staff. For reasons, higher drain rate of knowledge-style staff has restricted the advancement of competitiveness in middle and small-sized private enterprises. How to decrease the rate of drain is of paramount importance for the enterprises to grow in strength.
