摘要
对江西官山自然保护区(GS)、马头山自然保护区(MTS)和九连山自然保护区(JLS)3个毛红椿种源及其15个家系苗期生长性状进行了方差分析,结果表明:①3个种源间存在较大的变异,苗高和地径的遗传力为0.85和0.57;②15家系生长性状变异也较明显,所选择的优良单株的平均苗高和地径分别比选择前各单株的平均值高了18.89%和6.82%.通过Duncan新复极差测验初步筛选出G6J、3J、1、G4、J2、G26个优良家系.
In this paper, we analysed the variance of vegetal period of three provenances and fifteen families of Toona ciliate var. pubescens in Guanshan, Matoushan and Jiulianshan nature reserve in Jiangxi province. The result showed that ① heritability of height and diameter were 0.85, 0.57 respectively and there were huge variations among the three provenances; ②growth variations of fifteen families were obvious, and the average height and diameter of the experiented tree increased by 18.89% and 6.82% respectively, compared with those before experiment. Based on Duncan's new multiple range test, six superior individuals G6, J3, J1, G4, J2, G2 were screened.
