摘要
补中益气汤及其3个拆方对小鼠NKC-IL-2-IFN-γ免疫调节网的影响显示:大黄脾虚模型小鼠免疫调节网水平比正常小鼠明显降低;补中益气汤20g/kg、40g/kg,对脾虚小鼠低下的IFN-γ活性以及补中益气汤40g/kg对脾虚小鼠低下的NK、IL-2活性皆有提高作用,并恢复至接近正常水平,但对正常小鼠无影响;整方和拆方Ⅰ均能提高脾虚小鼠低下的IL-2、IFN-γ活性,其中整方提高IFN-γ活性的作用明显大于拆方Ⅰ,而拆方Ⅱ、Ⅲ无明显影响。提示提高和调整机体低下的NKC-IL-2-IFN-γ免疫调节网水平可能是补中益气汤益气健脾功效的机理之一;从IFN-γ活性看来,整方的作用较好,方中起主要作用的是拆方Ⅰ(黄芪、人参、白术、炙甘草),补中益气汤组方有其合理性。
In this report we studied the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang (BZYQT) and its three component groups on NKC-IL-2-IFN-γ regulatory network in normal mice and rhubarb_inducing spleen-deficiency model mice.The results showed that:(1)The level of the NKC-IL-2-IFN-γ regulatory nework in the spleen-deficiency mouse is lower than that in the normal mouse.(2)After treated by BZYQT(5,20,40g/kg),only the IFN-γ activity could be increased at 20g/kg dose, while NKC,IL-2,IFN-γ activities in the spleen_deficiency group could be increased to normal level at 40g/kg dose; no significant effect was observed in normal mice.(3)BZYQT was divided into three component groups,the whole decoction and the group VI could improve the IL_2 and IFN_γ activities,the whole decoction showed a stronger effect than the group I,both group Ⅱand group Ⅲ had no significant effect on the spleen_deficiency mice.The above results suggest that increasing and regulating effects on the lowered level of the NKC-IL-2-IFN-γ regulatory network may be one of the mechanisms of invigorating the spleen and benefiting qi. In view of IFN-γ activity,the composition of BZYQT is reasonable,it seems that group I plays a main role.
