建设项目水土流失的防治及其效益分析

Control of soil erosion and benefit evaluation in the construction projects

以梨温高速公路工程为例,介绍了梨温高速公路工程建设水土流失防治责任范围、水土流失防治分区、各水土流失防治分区的水土流失特点以及实施的水土流失防治措施,并对该高速公路工程水土流失防治效益进行了分析.分析结果表明,开发建设项目通过实施水土保持防治措施,可以有效减少工程实施造成的水土流失,明显降低水土流失的危害程度,较好地保护和改善工程沿线的生态环境.

Taking the project of Liwen freeway construction for example, this paper introduces the scope, distribution, characteristics and measures of controlling soil erosion in the highway construction projects. Meanwhile it analyses and evaluates the possible control benefits of the highway construction projects. The results show that we can effectively reduce the soil erosion, lower the degree of its damage, protect and improve the ecological environment along the highway if proper measures are taken to control the soil erosion in the construction.
