Low-dose metronomic chemotherapy-A new strategy of anti-tumor angiogenesis

摘要 研究发现一些化疗药物在低剂量、高频率的给药模式下可选择性抑制和杀伤血管内皮细胞，即目前提出的低剂量节律化疗。该疗法不良反应小，不易耐药，为以肿瘤血管生成为靶点的化疗展示了良好的前景。 It has been found that a few of chemotherapy agents can selectively restrain and kill the endothelia cells in the way of low-dose and high-frequency. It is what is said low-dose metronomic chemotherapy now. The chemotherapy with the target of tumor angiogenesis has a good prospect with low toxic, side effects and drug resistance.
