摘要
目的:研究乙二胺四乙酸铁钠溶液作为MRI口服胃肠道对比剂的可行性。方法:以乙二胺四乙酸铁钠溶液作为对比剂进行体外试验,根据浓度不同分10个等级进行T1WI、T2WI、PDWI和单次激发厚层水成像扫描,所得图像与水为对比剂时得到的图像作对比研究。结果:乙二胺四乙酸铁钠溶液浓度在7.5~10mmol/l时各个序列增强效果均较佳,在T1WI、PDWI表现为高信号,在T2WI表现为低信号。结论:乙二胺四乙酸铁钠溶液可以作为MRI口服胃肠道对比剂。
Objective:To study the feasibility of sodium iron EDTA(FeNaEDTA) as a MR gastrointestinal contrast agent of the upper abdomen. Methods: Ten different concentration of FeNaEDTA were tested as contrast agent in vitro, T1WI,T2WI,PDWI of SE sequence and single-shot thick slab long TE T2WI were performed. The images acquired were compared with that of water. Results:The concentration of 7.5-10mmol/l of FeNaEDTA as contrast agent were manifested better than others on all sequences. The signal were high density on T1WI, PDWI and low on T2 WI, single-shot thick slab long TE Te WI. Conclusion:FeNaEDTA were proved as a good oral contrast agent of upper abdomen in MRI.
