摘要
介绍武汉阳逻长江公路大桥所处的工作环境及钢结构电弧喷涂复合涂层防腐蚀设计方案,并对其理论耐腐蚀寿命进行了分析,针对大桥服役过程中可能出现的问题提出相关建议,以确保钢结构达到预期的50年耐腐蚀寿命。
This paper introduces the environment where Wuhan Yangluo Changjiang River Highway Bridge is to operate and the design of antieorrosion scheme of arc-spraying composite coating for the steel structure of the Bridge, analyzes the theoretic antieorrosion longevity of the coating and also makes corresponding proposals in consideration of possible problems that may occur in the whole operational period of the Bridge in order to ensure that the steel structure can meet the expected antieorrosion longevity of 50 years.
