摘要
研究了川白芷试管苗再生过程中的多方面因素，认为叶轴为最佳外植体，6－BA与NAA结合使用不仅可以诱导外植体产生愈伤组织，而且还可使其分化不定芽。去掉6－BA后，则有利于根的发生，报道了川白芷无性系快速繁殖系统的建立。
Factors affecting tube-plantlet regeneration were studied. Results showed that the best explant wasrachis. The induction of callus and the differentiation of adventitious buds were stimulated by the combineduse of 6-Ba and NAA in medium. Rootgensis were beneficial by removing 6-Ba from the medium. An asexualreproduction system of Angelica anomala somaclonal was thus established.
