摘要
用免疫扩散法检测６３例脂肪肝患者血清载脂蛋白ＣⅢ的含量并与正常人及慢性肝病者进行对照，结果表明脂肪肝患者载脂蛋白ＣⅢ（ａｐｏＣⅢ）水平明显高于其它两组（Ｐ＜０．０１），认为ａｐｏＣⅢ升高与脂肪肝形成有关，可作为脂肪肝诊断及疗效监测指标。
We measured the levels of serum Apoprotein C Ⅲ with immunodiffusion test in 63 cases of patient with fatty liver,20 cases of patients with chronic liver disease and normal control respectively. The results showed that the levels of apo C Ⅲ in the patients with fatty lever were higher than those in the others significantly(p<0.01). We concluded that the elevated level of apo C Ⅲ might be related to the fatty liver, and apo C Ⅲ could served as an index of diagnosing or assessing curative effect of fatty liver.
