摘要
本文介绍了一种适应于鸭梨RNA提取的方法。该方法是在常规CTAB法的基础上,在植物匀浆中缓缓加入100%的乙醇2.5 ml,消除了梨皮中DNA、多糖、多酚和其它次生代谢物的污染,提取得到了高纯度、完整性较好的RNA,得到的RNA量大约是改进前的2倍,且上样孔无糖类物质干扰。该方法适合于富含多糖、多酚的植物RNA的提取,试剂简单经济,实验结果稳定。
A modified method for RNA purification from Yali pear was introduced in this paper. This method could eliminate pollution from DNA, polysaccharide, polyhydroxybenzene and secondary metabolism. The total RNA obtained by the method was more integral and pure. The method is suitable for extracting total RNA from plant which is rich in polysaccharide and polyhydroxybenzene. It is simple, inexpensive and stable.
