纵折后牙的保存治疗25例分析

Preservative therapy of the longitudinal fissures of the back teeth: An Analysis of 25 cases.

本文对２５例纵折后牙的病因、类型、及各种治疗疗效进行了分析。结果表明：后牙纵折与年龄、牙位、牙体自身情况有密切关系；后牙纵折类型主要与牙位有关；疗效与患者就诊时间、牙髓治疗方法、冠折缝的封闭及固位设计有关。本组治疗成功率８５．７７％。

The pathogeny, types and curative effects of various therapies of the longitudinal fissures of the back teeth in 25 cases were analysed. The results showed that:(1)The longitudinal fissures of the back teeth have close relation with the ages of the patients, the teeth positions and the teeth per se. (2)The types of the longitudinal fissures of the back teeth depend chiefly on the positions of the teeth. (3)The curative effects have a bearing on the promptness of treatment, the curative methods for the dental pulps,the sealing of the fissures of the dental coronas and the retentive designs for the fissured teeth. Treatment was crowned with success in 85.77% of the cases.
