摘要
用微波消解甘草后,采用美国利曼公司生产的PS-Ⅰ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定甘草中的常量及微量元素,结果表明,其相对标准偏差为3.17%-7.87%,回收率为92%-102%.
After Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were digested by microwave, the contents of macroelements and trace elements in it were determined by ICP/Echelle spectrometer (American Leeman labs). The results showed that the relative standard deviation of this measurement was 3. 17%-7.87%, the recovery rate of samples was 92%-102%.
