摘要
岗位绩效考核是岗位聘任的关键,岗位绩效考核标准和岗位职责要点的制定是考核工作的重点与难点,考核的标准是刚性的,考核可以更人性化,在制定岗位职责要点、实施岗位绩效考核的过程中,推进岗位绩效人性化激励,对构建和谐高校将有积极的现实意义。
Performance evaluation is the key of post appointment, it is the emphasis and difficult point of evaluation work formulating evaluation standard and main points of duty. Evaluation standard can be rigid, and yet humanistic. In the process of implementing performance evaluation, promoting humanistic excitation of performance evaluation in university posts will have positive significance on establishing a harmonious university.
