聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射后并发硬结的抽吸治疗

The suction-therapy on induration after Polyacrylamide Hydrogel injection

目的:探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAHG)注射后并发硬结的更好、更有效的治疗方法。方法:总结38例PAHG注射后并发硬结的临床资料。针对隆乳术后及面部注射后并发硬结均采用一点式抽吸法治疗。结果:PAHG注射隆乳后并发硬结36例患者中有29例经一次治疗后治愈,另外7例经两次以上治疗后治愈。其中有9例三个月后二次注射PAHG使两侧乳房对称。额颞部注射后并发硬结1例,一次性治愈;另一例眉间鼻背部注射后并发硬结的患者,经三次治疗后好转。大多数患者获得满意疗效。结论:一点式抽吸法是治疗PAHG注射后硬结并发症的更有效的好方法。

Objective To discuss the better and more effective cure methods on induration after Polyarylamide Hydrogel （PAHG） injection. Methods We summarized 38 cases which have induration after PAHG injection. All the patients who have induration after augmentation mammoplasty and facial beauty by injecting PAHG were treated by suction-therapy. Results There are 29 cases to have been a good cure by only once in 36 patients who have induration after augmentation mammoplasty. 7 cases have been cured over tow times. 9 cases among 36 patients have been injected again with PAHG three months later to make the breasts bilateral symmetry. 1 case who has induration after PAHG frontotemporal injection has been cured by only once in tow cases. The other that has induration after PAHG glabella and saddle nose injection has been cured by three times. Conclusion It is a good and more effective method to treat the induration after PAHG injection by one point suction-therapy.
