淳安县农村林业专业合作经济组织现状与发展对策研究

Study on Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Forestry Cooperative Economic Organization in Chunan County

通过对淳安县农村林业专业合作经济组织现状进行调查,分析了林业专业合作组织起步较晚、发展速度较快、规模较小,产业优势不够突出、运行机制不够规范等5大主要特点,提出了正确认识农村林业合作组织的性质和作用,积极引导林业专业合作经济组织的发展,促进山核桃、毛竹等主导产业的培育,加大政策扶持力度,加强指导和监管、规范组织运行机制等发展对策。

Through the survey of the prensent situation of rural forestry cooperative economic organizations, analyzed the five main characteristics of the forestry cooperative economic organization, including late initiation and rapid development, small scale and weak services, indistinctive industry advantage and low benefit, and unstandardized running mechanisms. Based on the above analysis, put forward the following countermeasures： recognizing the characteristics and function of forestry cooperative economic organization correctly, promoting the development of forestry cooperative economic organization, fostering the development of the leading industry such as hickory and bamboo, enhancing the policy support, strengthening guidance and supervisor, standardizing the running mechanisms etc.
