摘要
由化学共沉淀和溶胶-凝胶两种方法制备了Nd:YAG粉体,采用真空热压烧结工艺得到了Nd3+掺杂浓度分别为1at%和5at%的Nd:YAG激光陶瓷.通过X射线衍射分析和扫描电镜分析对样品进行了表征,并应用正交试验法对Nd:YAG透明陶瓷进行了研究,得到了制备该陶瓷体的最佳工艺:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备粉体,Nd3+掺杂浓度为1at%,柠檬酸与金属离子物质的量之比为6∶5,在真空气氛中于1500℃热压烧结.
Transparent polycrystalline Nd:YAG powder was synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method and so1-gel method, respectively. Nd:YAG ceramics were produced by hot pressed sintering in the vacuum atmosphere with the dopant of Nd of 1at% and 5ate, respectively, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and studied by factors test method. An optimum fabrication method of Nd:YAG ceramic is obtained, which is that the concentration of Nd^3+ is 1at% in the sol-gel precursor, that the molar ratio of citric acid and all cations is 6 : 5 and that the Nd. YAG ceratnic is sintered at 1 500℃ ,in the vacuum atmosphere.
