基于能值理论的绿色集成制造系统(GIMS)评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 提出了绿色集成制造系统的概念,分析了系统的要素及结构;以锦界能源重化工产业集群绿色集成制造系统为研究对象,运用能值分析理论从纵向和横向两个角度对系统的发展状态和整体绩效进行了评价.研究表明:纵向比较来看,不同发展阶段系统的环境负荷率持续降低,可持续发展能力不断增强,能值投资率不断降低,企业的市场竞争力不断增强,说明锦界能源重化工产业集群生态化改造模式是科学的,其进程也在不断加快;横向比较来看,系统整体绩效水平具有相当优势,但环境负荷率指标较高,说明环境压力较大,远期的发展应考虑利用当地优势大力发展太阳能、风能等可再生资源的开发利用,降低当地的环境负荷. The concept of green integrated manufacturing system (GIMS) is proposed and its elements and structure are analyzed. By taking the GIMS of Jinjie Energy and Heavy Chemical Industry Clusters as research object, its development state and holistic performance are evaluated by energy analysis theory longitudinally and latitudinally. The results show that from a longitudinal viewpoint, the environment load ratio of the system at different development stages decreases continually, with its sustainability increasing, energy investment ratio decreasing and the enterprises' competence strengthening, which indicates that the ecological transformation mode of Jinjie Energy and Heavy Chemical Industry Clusters is correct and its process being quickened, while from a latitudinal viewpoint, the holistic performance level of the system is quite superior, but with a higher environment load ratio, which suggests in the future the reproducible resources like solar energy and wind energy should be developed and used to decrease local environment load.
