脑缺血后脑室下区域神经再生的分子调控

摘要 脑室下区域是成年高等动物神经再生的关键部位。缺血缺氧性刺激后,在多种转录因子的调控下,脑室下区域细胞分裂明显加速,神经前体细胞数量明显增多,并逐渐向缺血灶周边移行、定居。多种生长因子、一氧化氮系统、基质金属蛋白酶、促红细胞生成素、炎性因子及补体系统等都与脑室下区域神经再生的诱导和调控有关。研究脑缺血后脑室下区域神经再生的调控机制对于卒中后损伤修复具有重要意义,本文将对这一方面的研究进展作一综述。
