摘要
梭式窑属于间歇式窑炉,点火升温与冷却频繁,且其炉膛有效容积一般不太大,因而烟气余热的利用问题尚没有引起足够的重视。实际上,当炉内温度很高时,高温烟气中所携带的热量是非常可观的,通常占全部热损失的40%以上,这正是导致梭式窑能源利用率低、热效率不高的主要原因之一,蓄热燃烧技术能将烟气中的大部分热量回收回来,因此大大降低了梭式窑的能耗。
Shuttle - shape kiln is intermission, temperature rises and falls down frequently, and available cubage of hearth is not commonly too large, so utilization of heat in combustion exhaust gas was not thought much of. In fact, when the temperature is very high, heat in combustion exhaust is considerable, usually 40 percent of whole heat, which is the reason why the kiln wastes energy, heat recycling technology can call recovery a majority of heat, so greatly saves energy.
