摘要
目的探讨正常大鼠血脾屏障的通透性。方法选取30只正常Wistar大鼠,以碳粒和伊文思蓝(EB)作为示踪剂,切取肝脏、脾脏和大脑的组织作为病理标本。分别用普通石蜡病理、电镜观察示踪剂的分布情况。结果在正常大鼠,碳粒和EB在肝脏中均匀分布。在大脑中,两种示踪剂均不能进入大脑实质,只在血管内分布。在脾脏完整的白髓中,未见碳粒分布,仅见少量的EB分布。结论血脾屏障作为免疫系统的一部分存在于脾脏之中,其通透性较血脑屏障为高。EB可以部分通过,而诸如碳粒、细菌等大颗粒物质被阻挡在外。血脾屏障是具有一定通透性的阻挡外源性颗粒物质进入免疫应答区域的生物屏障。
Objective To study the permeability of blood-spleen barrier (BSB) in rats. Methods Thirty healthy Wistar rats were included in this study. The tracers including of India ink and Evan's blue were applied to the liver, spleen, lung and brain to modify the permeability of biologic barrier. Results There was wide distribution of the two tracers in the liver. However, no distribution was found in the brain. In spleen, there was no distribution of India ink in the white pulp, but a small quantity of EB could be seen in the white pulp. Conclusions BSB exists in the spleen with a higher permeability than the blood-brain barrier. The particle of EB can pass the BSB partly and the particles of India ink are obstructed totally from BSB. BSB is a biological barrier with selective permeability of ectogenetic particles from white pulp.
