摘要 辽阳石化分公司炼油厂加氢精制装置F5102分馏塔底再沸炉对流段炉管采用钉头管,燃料为燃料油和燃料气混烧。虽然在运行过程中,对流段采取定期(24小时)声波吹灰的机械清灰过程,但经过长期运行对流段炉管外表面积灰、积垢仍然难以避免,为了确保加热炉长周期、安全运行,就需要在装置停工检修期间对加热炉对流室炉管进行化学清洗清灰。 The pipelines in the convection of reheat furnace at the F5102 fractionating tower in the refinery of Liaoyang Petrochemical corporation were nailhead pipeline, and the fuel used was the mixture of oil and gas. Although cleaning used sound wave was adopted every 24 hours, the ektexine of the pipeline was piled up with ash and dirty. Chemical cleaning is necessary to the pipelines for the safety of the device. The application of chemical cleaning was introduced in this article.
