摘要
目的:研究猫人参(大籽猕猴桃)的化学成分。方法:利用正相和反相硅胶及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术反复分离纯化,用波谱数据及理化性质确定其结构。结果:从猫人参乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分得到8个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:2α,3α,24-三羟基-12烯-齐墩果烷(1),isotachioside(2),积雪草酸(3),儿茶素(4),表儿茶素(5),熊果酸(6),胡萝卜苷(7),β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:以上化合物均为从该植物中首次获得,其中化合物1,2为首次从猕猴桃属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of root of Actinidia macrosperma. Method: Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from A. macrosperma and spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structures of the isolated compounds. Result: Eight compounds were obtained and identified as 12-oleanene-2α, 3α, 24-triol (1), isotachioside (2), asiatic acid (3), catechin (4), epicatechin (5), ursolic acid (6), β-daucosterol (7), β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion: All these com- pounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, compound 1, 2 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
