不同病程针刺风池穴治疗假性球麻痹疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Fengchi (GB 20) at different stages on pseudobulbar palsy

目的:观察假性球麻痹患者不同病程针刺疗效。方法:240例患者按发病后不同时期分成4组,发病10天内为第1组,发病10～30天为第2组,发病1～3个月为第3组,发病3～6个月为第4组,分别给予针刺风池的治疗。治疗2个疗程后,观察各组疗效。结果:第1组有效率达100.0%,第2组为96.7%,第3组为83.3%,第4组为76.7%,组间疗效比较采用秩和检验,P<0.01,差异有非常显著性意义。结论:风池穴针刺治疗假性球麻痹任何时期均有效,而且越早治疗效果越好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at different stages on pseudobulbar palsy. Methods Two hundred and forty cases of pseudobulbar palsy were divided into 4 groups according to different courses of disease, i.e. group Ⅰ , the course within 10 days; group Ⅱ , between 10-30 days; group Ⅲ , between 1-3 months; group Ⅳ, between 3-6 months. They were treated with acupuncture at Fengchi （GB 20） for 2 courses, and then their therapeutic effects were observed. Results The effective rate was 100. 0% in the group Ⅰ , 96.7% in the group Ⅱ , 83.3% in the group Ⅲ and 76.7% in the group Ⅳ, with a significant difference among the 4 groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Fengchi （GB 20） at any stage has therapeutic effect on pseudobulbar palsy, but the earlier treatments, the better the therapeutic effects.
