摘要
本实验研究了VE乙酸酯的醇解工艺条件,主要对VE乙酸酯醇解工艺参数,如醇酯质量比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等做了探讨,用正交法确定了最佳的工艺参数。最佳工艺为:醇酯质量比2:1,反应温度65℃,反应时间2h,催化剂NaOH用量为VE乙酸酯质量的1.1%,醇解程度达到99.7%。
The alcoholysis technique of VE acetatewas investigated in this research. Some key technique parameters such as alcohol-ester weight ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and dosage of catalyst etc were discussed and analyzed. The optimum parameters for the alcoholysis were determined by orthogonal method. Results showed as follows: 65 ℃, 2 h, alcohol-ester weight ratio 2:1, and 1.1% NaOH (the weight of VE acetate) as catalyst. On these conditions, the alcoholysis rade of VE acetate exceeded 99.7%.
